What Youll Do:

Repair or replace roofing systems
Detect leaks
Clean and maintain equipment
Repair replace or install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
Install repair or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
Pour hot asphalt and tar
Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
Set-up scaffolding

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Hand-eye co-ordination physically demanding; Bending crouching kneeling handling heavy loads; Large workload Repetitive tasks overtime required work under pressure fast-paced environment.

Conventional and inverted built-up system modified roofing system rigid pre-formed roofing system single ply sheet membrane roofing system

Work Site Environment: At heights Noisy Dusty Dangerous Outdoors

Work Setting: Commercial industrial

Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial flat roofing
