Create deliver and execute the external innovation category strategy forElevation and MCCS.
Execute the supplier selection process byidentifyingand developing suppliers capable of delivering products or services that meet or exceed KHC requirements.
Establish trust and build effective business relationships with suppliers for long-termpartnerships.
Be a leader oncross-functional workstreams to deliver fit-for-purposepractices (R&D quality regulatory legal sales etc.).
Coach teamsthroughscalingproductsforconcepts and ideas from incubation atsmall-scale pilot facilities through accelerated test market launches to full-scale factory production and national launch.
Coordinate hand-off toCategory Managers afterproduct stabilization.

Expected Experience& Required Skills
Bachelors degree in supply chain management operations finance business or equivalent. MBAandadvanced Procurement qualifications preferred.Candidates with an equivalent combination of experienceoreducation will be consideredin lieu of a degree.
5to7years of experience in Procurement (i.e. Indirect CAPEX IngredientsorPackaging) andfiveor more years of applicable business experience in the food industry (i.e. R&D Engineering etc.).Possess extensive experienceinthecompletecommercialization process.
Knowledge of the commercialization requirements ability toidentifyrisksand develop creative solutions to deliver end results.
Strongbusinessand financialacumen with the ability to understand and explain Procurement results and variances tonon-procurementaudiences.
Experience withmanaging and forecasting complex portfolios and budgets.
Results-oriented adept at solving complex challenges and dealing with ambiguity;anticipatesand adjusts toproblems and obstacles in the team or the organization.
Highresultsorientationandtakes the initiativeand bias for action withdrive-throughresolution.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills; proventrack recordof building effective business relationships.

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a typical office environment with moderate travel to customer locations stores manufacturing facilities etc.; offices are open workspaces. To create a more agile and modern workplace we allow office-based employees to workvirtually forup to two days each week and expect them to work in person during the defined core days at their assigned work location at least three days per workweek.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141500.00 - $176900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
