Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on experienced Receptionist to bethe face of our office providing a welcoming caring and safe environment for everyone. Youll be the first point of contact using your professionalism and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all who visit. This is a dynamic position for someone who can respond quickly and effectively all while being a key member of our operations team. If youre a proactive and friendly professional we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Greet visitors answer phone calls and direct inquiries setting a professional and friendly tone for everyone.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage office logistics from coordinating meetings and handling mail to ensuring were always stocked with supplies.
  • Provide Vital Support: Assist with administrative tasks like document processing file management and ensuring the front desk is always covered.

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years clerical experience required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Cad preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
  • A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication abilities to interact with residents their families and team members.
