WhatyoullLearn:

The Learning & Development (L&D) Corporate Intern will play an integral role in supporting the development of SRSs current and future leaders. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to how corporate learning programs are designed delivered and continuously improved across a fast-growing organization.

This internship offers meaningful real-world experience in learning operations program support and learner engagement and serves as an entry point into post-graduate full-time opportunities within SRS Distribution.

Internship Overview:

  • 10-12-weekprogrambeginning May2025

  • Full-time 40hrs/week; M-F schedule

As an L&D Corporate Intern you will support the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs. Youll collaborate closely with Learning & Development team members and internal stakeholders while contributing to multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting project and timeline management for multiple L&D programs and initiatives

  • Assisting with the creation and formatting of learning materials presentations toolkits and visual assets

  • Helping manage content within learning platforms (LMS collaboration tools virtual event technology)

  • Coordinating logistics for training sessions workshops or virtual learning events

  • Collecting and organizing learner feedback survey results and participation data

  • Assisting with reporting and summarizing insights for dashboards or program updates

  • Participating in ad-hoc projects focused on learner experience engagement or process improvement

This role provides exposure to how learning programs scale in a high-growth field-driven organization.

  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Interest in learning experience design and how people learn especially modern and digital-first learners

  • Basic proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint Canva Excel or similar platforms

  • Comfort navigating technology platforms (LMS collaboration tools virtual meeting software)

  • Ability to analyze feedback or data and identify trends or improvement opportunities

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Creativity curiosity and willingness to bring fresh ideas

  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and learning

  • Ability to provide unofficial transcript

  • Actively inUniversity obtainingaBachelors ormastersdegree in Human Resources Education Psychology Communicationsor a related field bySpring2027.

  • Candidates who have a valid drivers license satisfactory driving record reliable transportationare authorized towork for any employer without sponsorship in the US and will pass criminal and driving background check with a pre-employment drug test will be considered.

  • Experience with platforms like Excel Power BI Canva etc. a plus

  • Demonstrated involvement in team-based projects student organizations or leadership roles

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
