This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (TITLE 32) Position Description Number D1256000and is part of the NC G4 National Guard (G4- SMM / MD 5020-150).
As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (TITLE 32) GSyou will analyze maintenance capabilities production effectiveness equipment reliability areas of deficiency and trends of various small maintenance shops; review extract analyze and collate maintenance data and prepares maintenance summaries from reports submitted by subordinate maintenance activities; advise when manpower authorization appears unbalanced based on analytical and statistical studies as directed; prepare for and support the mission through the accomplishment of duties pertaining to military training military readiness force protection and other mission related assignments including but not limited to training of traditional Guard members CWDE/NBC training exercise participation (ORE/ORI/UCI/MEI/OCI/IG etc.) mobility exercise participation FSTA/ATSO exercise participation SABC training LOAC training weapons qualification training participation in military formations and medical mobility processing within the guidelines of NGB/ARNG/ANG/State/TAG rules regulations and laws.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing states National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. Military Grades: Enlisted (E5-E9) or Warrant Officer (CW2 and below)
Minimum Requirements: Experience education or training in administrative professional investigative technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures functions procedures and techniques. Experience analyzing interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management.
You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
