We are a locally owned small business seeking a dependable organized and customer-focused Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Support & Sales Support professional to support daily office operations and customer communications. This role is well-suited for someone who brings experience professionalism and maturity to customer interactions and office responsibilities.
The position is primarily on-site with limited remote work potentially available over time based on performance and reliability.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer and return inbound customer calls in a professional courteous and timely manner
Process customer payments accurately and securely
Respond to and support customer billing and account inquiries
Create and send remote estimates to customers
Coordinate customer follow-up related to estimates and completed service calls
Schedule customer appointments based on customer requests and availability
Additional Responsibilities
General office administrative support
Invoice processing and data entry
Light document preparation and record management
Additional administrative or customer support duties as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Relevant experience preferred in office administration customer service sales support or receptionist roles
Professional maturity is required including sound judgment accountability and discretion when working with customers and sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email) Word and Excel
Excellent phone presence communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently manage priorities and follow established processes
Reliable punctual and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay based on experience
