At Kantar were the worlds leading AI-native marketing data and analytics business helping brands understand people everywhere. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst youll play a pivotal role in shaping our BI strategy within our Functions team the backbone of our organisation. Youll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across Finance and beyond.

What youll be doing

Lead strategic BI projects from inception to delivery ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Design and maintain advanced dashboards that provide actionable insights across financial dimensions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand needs and deliver high-value solutions.
Implement advanced analytics models including forecasting into existing BI systems.
Drive innovation and process optimisation including automation of reporting.

The ideal skills & experience

Degree in Business Data Science Computer Science or related field (Masters or certifications a plus).
Proven experience in BI or data analysis delivering impactful solutions in a senior role.
Expertise in BI tools (Power BI Tableau MicroStrategy) and strong Excel skills.
Familiarity with ERP reporting platforms (SAP Oracle Maconomy) is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
