Role Description
Were hiring a Senior Editor and a Senior Content Writer with CRO experience to strengthen how is understood evaluated and chosen by our target audience.
You will work closely with the Communications Lead and cross-functional partners to ensure our content:
- is consistently understood by buyers and AI systems
- supports clear confident buying decisions
- and converts qualified demand
Success in these roles should reduce ambiguity improve decision clarity and raise the quality of downstream outcomes.
Role 1: Senior editor
Responsibilities
- Ensure clarity consistency and on-brand positioning across all content formats especially AI-visible surfaces.
- Maintain consistency of definitions comparisons and explanations across content.
- Support the development and enforcement of editorial standards content strategy and priorities.
- Translate AI visibility and discovery signals into concrete editorial actions and corrections.
- Identify where existing processes fail under pressure and apply judgment or countermeasures as needed.
- Measure the effectiveness of editorial decisions using agreed signals not output volume.
- Write long-form articles or short copy as needed.

Role 2: Senior content writer with strong CRO experience
Responsibilities
- Improve the clarity and conversion effectiveness of content on key decision surfaces including the homepage and other high-impact core pages.
- Write and iterate conversion-critical content including headlines page copy CTAs proof framing and blog articles
- Identify where high-intent buyers hesitate misinterpret or fail to act and resolve these issues through content changes.
- Help plan and run focused content-led CRO initiatives when needed with the MarTech team
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative signals from content-lead CRO experiments to summarize outcomes and provide recommendations
- Ensure CRO learnings feed back into content standards and decision frameworks so improvements compound over time.

- Operate as a senior outcome-oriented individual contributors who can work with incomplete information and make high-impact calls within scope.
- Communicate clearly and directly with stakeholders across functions and departments.
- Contribute to workflow and tooling improvements that increase quality and reduce friction.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in B2B content editorial or conversion-focused roles preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong understanding of high-consideration B2B buyer journeys and decision-making.
- Outcome-oriented mindset.
- Adept at working in an AI-first environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and owning decisions within scope.
- Adaptable as priorities or signals change.
Additional editor requirements:
- Demonstrated editorial judgment including enforcing narrative consistency for a complex product
- Experience formalising and applying evolving SEO / AEO / AI-visible content best practices
Additional CRO copywriter requirements:
- Strong B2B writing ability including experience producing and iterating conversion-critical content
- Proven ability to diagnose problems rooted in clarity sequencing or positioning
