About the Role:
This is not your typical Executive Assistant role.
As Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Lost Dogs Home youll sit at the heart of one of Victorias most well-known and purpose-driven animal welfare organisations. Working closely with the CEO Board and Executive Leadership Team youll provide high-level executive and governance support that helps enable strong leadership effective decision-making and real impact for animals and the communities we serve.
This role goes beyond diary management. Youll be a trusted partner to the CEO anticipating priorities coordinating complex governance processes managing Board and executive workflows and acting as a key connector across the organisation. Youll bring sound judgement discretion and a calm organised presence to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
