Job Summary
Your role at Micronova
We are looking for someone who loves working with people has a strong sense for communication and creativity and wants to take HR to the next level. If you enjoy coming up with new ideas working independently and having a real impact on company culture then youre the person were looking for!
Your mission
- Full-cycle recruitment from job advertising through candidate selection and job offers.
- Employee development & training identifying development needs and organizing workshops and cooperating with internal and external trainers.
- Participation in HR marketing activities attending job fairs and helping build our employer brand.
- Support in HR administration especially during colleagues absence including assistance with basic HR processes and admin tasks.
Your profile
- You have gained the first experiences in HR already ideally in recruitment.
- Youre a creative personality to introduce new ideas and modern HR practices.
- Youre comfortable using English youll need it on a daily basis.
