We are looking for a high-potential Analytics Specialist to bridge the gap between complex data science and commercial strategy driving growth through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Insights & Performance: Design and implement advanced Buyer/Category scorecards. Establish automated Guardrail Alerts to monitor sales and margin fluctuations in real-time ensuring precise performance tracking.
Revenue Management Science: Develop sophisticated models for Price Indexing and Price Elasticity. Set strategic promo guardrails across categories channels and regions to optimize ROI and market share.
Advanced Customer Targeting: Operationalize customer segmentation for CRM push notifications and paid media. Automate data pipelines and deploy Insight Bots to enhance campaign precision and conversion rates.
Strategic Forecasting & Simulation: * Build comprehensive Demand Outlooks incorporating seasonality paydays and promotional events.
Perform Price & Promo Simulations to project sales/margin trade-offs and recommend optimal pricing strategies.
Forecast customer lifecycle metrics (Acquisition Repeat Retention) and projected lift from assortment changes.
Data Governance & Excellence: Maintain a Single Source of Truth by certifying datasets and KPI glossaries. Ensure full compliance with PDPA/GDPR and uphold high standards for data lineage and auditability.
Leadership & Enablement: Mentor junior analysts through code reviews (SQL/Python) and documentation standards. Act as an internal consultant to Finance Marketing and Commercial teams to improve data literacy and KPI interpretation.
Qualifications:
Experience: 610 years of hands-on experience in Retail E-commerce CPG or Management Consulting. Must have a proven track record of converting data into commercial Executive-ready storytelling.
Technical Stack: * Expert level: SQL Python and Power BI.
Proficient: Databricks Microsoft Fabric or Spark.
Education: Masters degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Mathematics MBA or related).
Innovation Mindset: Experience in AI & Automation (GenAI/LLM Copilots Power Platform or Decision Bots) is a significant advantage.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to navigate complex datasets and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
