Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Director of Digital Experience leads the vision strategy and execution of the institutions digital presence across web mobile and emerging platforms. Reporting to the Associate Vice President this role ensures that digital experiences reflect the institutions brand support recruitment and retention enhance search visibility strengthen alumni and donor engagement and elevate the visibility of the universitys academic reputation. The Director will guide digital governance and lead cross-functional coordination with marketing IT news analytics and academic partners to deliver cohesive user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight technical fluency strong SEO expertise and experience managing organizational change to advance digital transformation and ensure a consistent modern and accessible digital ecosystem as well as an understanding of the unique needs and audiences of higher education.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree 10 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree 8 years of relevant experience. Masters degree or higher preferred.
