Traffic and Inventory Coordinator
Position Summary: The Traffic and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for inventory tracking coordinating traffic of trucks and railroad movements and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily plant inventory reports and maintain their accuracy.
- Maintain records of product sales.
- Coordinate railroad traffic and provide customers with required paperwork.
- Track steam usage for billing.
- Coordinate and track the annual railcar inspections.
- Prepare barge paperwork for loading offloading and sending to the US Coast Guard.
- Coordinate truck loading with various stakeholders.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for truck loading.
- Review truck and rail loading for accuracy.
- Assign fuel driver PIN numbers.
- Update and add fuel carrier information into the database.
- Coordinate pipeline orders and maintain an accurate accounting of actual versus forecast for sales and marketing.
- Maintain records and coordinate completion of chemical inventory and downtime reporting.
- Track and monitor weekly inventory and gauge information.
- Maintain accurate filing systems of completed orders.
- Administrative duties for the department to include ordering and stocking supplies ordering lunches and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work cooperatively with others
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and experience with Terminal Office operations daily inventory established procedures and truck barge and rail traffic are desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
