SOC Lead/Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an adaptive self-motivated Senior SoC Designer & Team Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of SoC engineers ensuring designs meet organizational requirements and making key technical decisions and recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently or lead a team are essential.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead a team of SoC engineers ensuring milestone achievement and on-time delivery to various teams.
* Drive RTL design and coding for multiple sections of the SoC using Verilog and SystemVerilog.
* Architect and integrate SoC around key components interfaces and IPs.
* Contribute to silicon debug and provide product support as needed.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience including 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
* Proven expertise in RTL design Verilog and SystemVerilog.
* Experience with low-power methodologies and power analysis including UPF/CLP flows.
* Familiarity with synthesis static timing analysis DFT CDC/RDC checks ECO flows and related documentation.
* Knowledge of physical design and verification methods.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python Perl) for automation and methodology improvement.
* Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
