Job Summary
SOC Analyst (Top Secret Cleared / Splunk / Entry-Level) Huntsville AL (Onsite)
Break into high-impact cyber operations. Defend real systems. Work real threats.
Were partnering with a high-performing cyber defense organization supporting critical government missions to hire Junior SOC Analysts (1 year experience) ready to step into a live Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
This is an opportunity to move beyond theory and into real-time cyber defense incident response and threat analysiswith a team that operates at scale.
Clearance Required:
- Active Top Secret Clearance REQUIRED
- Must be willing to sit for CI Polygraph

What Youll Do:
- Monitor enterprise systems for security threats and anomalies
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
- Analyze intrusion activity and validate threat intelligence
- Perform forensic analysis timeline analysis and file signature review
- Support Incident Response Teams (IRTs) in real-time defense scenarios
- Document findings and contribute to security posture improvements
- Assist in vulnerability identification and remediation efforts
What You Bring (Required)
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Willingness to obtain CI Polygraph
- Bachelors degree (BS/BA)
- 1 year of cybersecurity / SOC experience
- Exposure to Splunk Enterprise Security
Nice to Have:
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Sentinel
- SIEM tools beyond Splunk
- Certifications such as:
- GCIH GCIA GCFA GNFA GMON
- Understanding of:
- Incident response workflows
- Network traffic analysis
- Threat detection methodologies
Schedule:
- Shift: WednesdaySaturday 9:00 PM 7:00 AM
- 100% onsite Huntsville Alabama
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55000 $70000 base salary
- Up to $10000 relocation assistance
