Job Summary

The DevOps Support Engineer will join a high performing DevOps team in a fast paced technology environment helping maintain the stability performance and security of cloud infrastructure and deployment systems. This role works closely with developers and senior engineers to ensure reliable environments across development staging and production.

You will assist with cloud configuration monitor system health troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support deployment pipelines while identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvement. The ideal candidate is detail oriented proactive and eager to expand their DevOps expertise while contributing to mission critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain cloud environments including Azure App Services networking and application hosting

Assist with environment setup configuration changes and access management

Monitor systems respond to alerts and assist with incident resolution

Help build maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines across applications

Partner with developers to ensure smooth repeatable deployments

Maintain consistency across development staging and production environments

Investigate infrastructure deployment and performance issues

Escalate complex problems with clear documentation and context

Contribute to system documentation workflows and operational runbooks

Identify automation opportunities and assist with scripting improvements

Participate in DevOps planning sessions and team standups

Qualifications:

13 years of experience in IT cloud or DevOps related roles required

Hands on experience with Azure cloud services or similar platforms

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the software development lifecycle

Understanding of cloud networking load balancing and security fundamentals

Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python preferred

Working knowledge of deployment automation and environment management

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Organized dependable and detail oriented

Clear communicator with both technical and non technical stakeholders

Proactive learner with strong ownership and accountability
