Are you a BEng qualified graduate eager to gain practical exposure in a technically driven support environment This role offers an excellent opportunity to build practical experience in engineering operations data analysis and client focused technical support within a structured and professional setting.
You will work onsite in Centurion contributing to testing activities supporting technical processes and collaborating with both internal teams and external clients. - Assist with daily technical operations including involvement in testing activities and technical development work
- Analyse operational data to generate meaningful insights that support decision making
- Provide remote technical support to clients and coordinate with internal specialists when escalations are required
- Compile and prepare technical proposals as well as detailed reports aligned to completed test work
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with client stakeholders to ensure efficient support delivery
Qualifications and Skills:
- BEng qualification (non-negotiable)
- Strong analytical and problem solving capability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a technical team
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
