Purpose of Role

To deliver in-depth Biology instruction for Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum while preparing students for NEET through an integrated teaching approach that builds conceptual clarity application skills and exam readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic & Teaching

• Teach Botany and Zoology to Classes XI & XII aligned with CBSE and NEET syllabus.
• Plan and deliver integrated lessons combining board-level theory with NEET-oriented MCQs and case-based questions.
• Simplify complex biological concepts using diagrams flowcharts and real-life examples.
• Conduct doubt-clearing remedial and enrichment sessions based on student performance.
• Train students in exam strategies accuracy and time management for NEET.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Prepare worksheets assignments unit tests and NEET-pattern mock tests.
• Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive data-driven feedback.
• Track student performance maintain academic records and prepare progress reports.

Laboratory & Practicals

• Conduct Biology practicals as per CBSE guidelines for Classes XI & XII.
• Guide students in investigatory projects practical records and viva preparation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of Biology lab equipment and adherence to safety norms.
