What You Will Do:
The Solution Epic Owner is responsible for owning and delivering solution epics across multiple components ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution within an agile multithreaded environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own execution of solution epics from initiation through delivery
Coordinate crossfunctional teams to deliver endtoend capabilities
Prioritize work in alignment with organizational strategy and timelines
Track progress risks dependencies and performance metrics
Leverage JIRA and agile methods to manage solution delivery
Brief leadership and stakeholders on status and outcomes
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelors Degree
FOUR (4) or more years experience managing complex crossfunctional initiatives with a focus of systems engineering and agile delivery
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Proven stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Strong understanding of systems engineering and agile delivery
Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
A valid Agile SAFe and/or PMP certification
Governmentcontractor integration experience
