Responsibilities / Tasks
Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries via ticket systems chat calls and emails escalating to other HR teams when necessary.
Administer employee lifecycle events including onboarding offboarding and internal changes.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday ServiceNow SAP) with accuracy and attention to detail.
Prepare and generate HR documents certificates letters templates and reports.
Document process changes and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with HR processes policies and standards to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
Support payroll and other HR operational teams as needed.
Monitor and meet service level agreements operational KPIs and other performance indicators; identify and implement corrective actions when needed.
Collaborate with the HR Operations team to share best practices and continuously optimize processes.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) University degree in Business Administration Human Resources or equivalent professional training or experience (minimum 2 years).
Minimum 1 year of HR experience preferably in HR operations administration or data management.
Strong problem-solving organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced international environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in English Spanish and French. Italian is an advantage
PC-savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR systems; experience with Workday ServiceNow SAP and MS Office is a plus.
