This role involves daily interaction with staff and the public requiring leadership and collaboration skills a strong grounding in administrative support and analysis of property/real estate data sets excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work in a culturally and generationally diverse team-oriented environment. ABOUT THE JOB: The department is searching for a candidate who is composed and an action-oriented administrative professional with office management and administrative leadership skills for coordinating and supporting various divisional and department level work. Knowledge of technical real property appraisal administration skills is a foundational skill sets for this position. Exercising a high degree of initiative independent judgment and collaboration in coordinating and implementing administrative divisional operations. Specifically:
