Overview:
This is a full-time salaried position with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.
The Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive hands-on experience designed to grow and develop emerging leaders within Mercys healthcare system. As an RLA Associate youll explore a variety of departments and functions gaining exposure to key areas such as Operations Excellence Specialty Care Hospital/Clinics and Human Resources Marketing Missions and Formation Strategic Ventures Enterprise Data Artificial Intelligence and more This unique opportunity allows you to build a strong foundation in leadership while discovering where your talents can make the greatest impact.
Qualifications:
Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential strong problem-solving abilities adaptability and a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization. Previous involvement in leadership roles internships or team-based projects is a plus.
Required Education: A bachelors degree must be completed between December 2025 and May 2026 to be eligible for the July 2026 program start.
Other: A passion for service curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare and a commitment to Mercys mission and values.
