Visionary Studio, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a skilled Branch Manager to join our team in Debenham, UK. As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and driving growth within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch productivity and profitability

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

- Monitor financial activities, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to staff

- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry

- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
