At Abano Healthcare were looking for an experienced Level 3 - Service Desk Engineer to join our growing IT team in this newly created this role youll be responsible for providing high-level support managing IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations across our business.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Microsoft Stack Support Windows Server administration troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Office 365 Administration Managing users policies security and collaboration tools.
- Intune & Autopilot Device management deployment and configuration.
- Meraki & Networking Troubleshooting network issues and optimising performance.
- Azure Management Overseeing cloud resources security and automation.
- Escalation & Problem-Solving Handling complex IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a Level 3 IT support or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server Office 365 and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Intune Autopilot and endpoint management.
- Networking knowledge including Meraki and general networking principles.
- Problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
