Salary:75000 per annum

A qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor required to manage a varied property portfolio providing professional property management lease advisory support and client-facing services with scope to contribute to wider surveying activities.
An opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor to join a professional property services firm in the Ashford Kent area: working within their property management function.
The role combines day-to-day property management with professional advisory work and offers scope to broaden into other surveying disciplines.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a mixed property portfolio on behalf of clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords tenants and stakeholders
- Providing professional property management advice in line with RICS standards
- Overseeing maintenance compliance and service charge matters
- Preparing budgets reports and management documentation
- Supporting lease advisory and wider surveying work where required
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor (essential)
- Experience within property management commercial or mixed-use preferred
- Strong knowledge of property management legislation and best practice
- Ability to manage portfolios independently
- Professional client-focused approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Interest in expanding into wider surveying or advisory services
