It is this teams job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management Consulting Services Marketing and Value Management teams providing exposure to various areas of the business.

As a member of our diverse and skilled Presales Canada team you will have the opportunity to wear lots of hats and be challenged daily. On a typical day you will be working as part of an agile team responsible for conducting discovery calls and product solutioning to help prospective clients transform and streamline their business to its fullest potential using market data strategic judgment to stay in front of our competitors

At Workday Solution Consultants are responsible for partnering with the sales teams and delivering product demonstrations to business users including the offices of the CHRO CIO and CFO to highlight the value of Workdays platform as a true business decision making solution.

In this role you will improve your polished presentation abilities collaborative Presales experience and your human resources expertise to articulate and differentiate the value for and expand the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS).

Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstration preparation including configuration of demo tenants creating a story that highlights the value of Workday to the prospects specific needs and demo script creation.

  • The delivery of relevant technical product presentations demonstrations workshops and seminars.

  • To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution services and training.

  • To contribute to the qualification of prospects proposed demonstration criteria proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.

  • Supporting all sales marketing technical and channel objectives.

  • To assist sales in the response to RFIs and RFPs.

Chez Workday les consultants en solutions sont responsables de collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de livrer des démonstrations produits aux utilisateurs daffaires incluant les chefs de direction(RHTIFIN) afin de mettre en valeur la plateforme Workday comme une véritable solution daide à la décision daffaires.

Dans ce rôle vous perfectionnerez vos habiletés de présentation votre expérience en prévente collaborative et votre expertise en ressources humaines afin dexpliquer et de différencier la valeur de Workday et de favoriser ladoption accrue des solutions en mode logiciel-service (SaaS).

  • La préparation de démonstrations incluant la configuration des environnements de démonstration la création dun scénario qui met en lumière la valeur de Workday en fonction des besoins spécifiques des prospects ainsi que la rédaction du script de démonstration.

  • Réaliser des présentations des démonstrations des ateliers et des séminaires techniques sur les produits de Workday.

  • Participer à la conclusion des ventes en démontrant une compréhension exhaustive de notre solution de nos services et de la formation et en réglant les questions qui sy rapportent.

  • Contribuer à la qualification de clients potentiels à lélaboration des critères de démonstration proposés et aux plans nécessaires à la conclusion du cycle de vente.

  • Soutenir tous les objectifs en matière de ventes de marketing et de canaux ainsi que tous les objectifs techniques.

  • Aider léquipe des ventes à répondre aux demandes dinformation et aux demandes de propositions.

  • Pouvoir être en déplacement jusquà 50 % du temps.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 years proven experience in functional HR role implementation and/or consulting experience in HCM Core Compensation Benefits Recruiting Learning Time Payroll or Talent and Performance is required

  • Bilingual preferred - English & French

Qualifications de base

  • Minimum de 3 ans dexpérience avérée dans un rôle fonctionnel en RH ou en implantation et/ou en consultation dans les domaines suivants : ressources humainesrémunération avantages sociaux recrutement apprentissage gestion du temps paie ou gestion des talents et de la performance.

  • Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est requis. La connaissance du français et de langlais est requise car la personne qui occupera ce poste sera appelée à soutenir la clientèle potentielle et existante du Québec du Canada et des États-Unis.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
