St. Cloud VA Health Care System is seeking a Rehabilitation and Extended Care (REC) Integrated Clinical Community (ICC) Director in St. Cloud MN. The incumbent must have strong managerial and organizational skills as well as extensive clinical knowledge in rehabilitation and extended care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
This position may be eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) a student loan payment reimbursement program.
The REC ICC Directors program responsibility and oversight includes a 225 bed Community Living Center (CLC) the inpatient and outpatient Palliative Care and Hospice (PCH) programs Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Contract Nursing Home (CNH) programs Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Rehabilitation Services Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) ALS Veteran Directed Care State Home Per Diem Program Chiropractic Care and the Caregiver Support Program (CSP). The major duties of the REC ICC Director include but are not limited to the following:
To qualify for this position you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement. Currently employed physician(s) in VA who met the requirements for appointment under the previous qualification standard at the time of their initial appointment are deemed to have met the basic requirements of the occupation.
