Temporary Procurement Associate
Location: Bethlehem PA
Schedule: Hybrid potential (45 days onsite required)
Pay Rate: Starting at $25/hour
Duration: Short-term / Immediate coverage
We are seeking a Temporary Procurement Associate to provide immediate hands-on support to our procurement team during a short-term coverage period. This role is focused on maintaining continuity in day-to-day purchasing operations and ensuring transactional activities continue without disruption.
This is an administrative and tactical role. We are not looking for someone to redesign processes or lead sourcing initiativessuccess in this role means jumping in quickly handling details accurately and keeping purchasing workflows moving.
Key Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Support routine procurement transactions and documentation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers as needed
Track orders follow up on deliveries and resolve basic issues
Maintain procurement records and ensure data accuracy
Assist with general administrative procurement tasks
What Were Looking For
Prior experience in procurement purchasing or a related administrative role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced transactional environment
Ability to follow established processes and priorities
Proficient with standard office systems (ERP experience a plus)
Reliable responsive and able to start quickly
