Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering fastpaced complex clientfacing fitout projects for bluechip FTSE 500 organisations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FitOut Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of largescale interior fitout programmes from concept through to completion. You will bring deep experience in commercial fitout delivery strategic stakeholder engagement risk and quality management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a pivotal role in representing AECOM in front of major clients driving excellence across project governance commercial management and technical delivery.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Project Manager you will:

• Lead the delivery of multiple complex fitout projects or programmes ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives and organisational priorities.
• Oversee all project phases including feasibility design procurement delivery and handover.
• Demonstrate strong clientfacing leadership acting as a trusted advisor and fostering longterm relationships.
• Drive robust project governance including cost management scheduling risk and issue management and quality assurance.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams (QS MEP Architecture Sustainability Contractors).
• Provide highlevel direction and mentoring to junior project managers and project support staff.
• Make informed proactive decisions with minimal supervision while escalating strategically where necessary.
• Ensure all works adhere to project budgets timelines health and safety requirements and client expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven and competent experience in fitout or construction project management with demonstrable leadership on complex highvalue projects.
• Experience from a consultancy or clientside organisation with ability to lead and advise on construction delivery.
• Strong pre and postcontract project management expertise across the RIBA lifecycle.
• Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders at senior levels.
• Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract administration (accreditation advantageous).
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate project documentation (digital and physical).
• Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Project Management Construction Engineering or Quantity Surveying (Masters desirable).
• Chartered status with RICS CIOB RIBA ICE or similar.
• APM affiliation preferred.
• Prince2 MSP or similar project/programme management experience beneficial.
