Job Summary
Do you have a talent for turning inquiries into unforgettable stays At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam were looking for a Reservations Specialist who combines precision persuasion and a passion for service to create seamless guest journeys before they even arrive.
Your role in the journey
As Reservations Specialist you are the voice of our hotel the first impression and the first step in a guests unforgettable journey. Youll handle every reservation with care clarity and confidence.
Your responsibilities include:
- Recording and managing all reservation requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Responding to inquiries within 24 hours ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Encouraging upselling and contributing to monthly revenue targets.
- Staying informed about hotel rates packages availability and promotions.
- Monitoring daily arrivals and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled.
- Supporting guest satisfaction by following up on feedback and special requests.
- Attending briefings events and training to stay sharp and inspired.
Qualifications :
