The AI Solutions Analyst is the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. Youll take incoming requests for AI agents and automations document clear requirements design conversation flows and ensure the engineering team has everything they need to build the right solution. This role combines business analysis skills with AI literacy and enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers. Youll work with stakeholders to understand what they need translate that into specifications and coordinate through delivery and acceptance. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements for AI agent and automation requests
- Translate business needs into clear actionable specifications
- Define acceptance criteria and success metrics
- Identify data inputs outputs and integration requirements
- Recognize when existing Foundation Layer capabilities can address requirements
Conversation Design
- Design conversation flows for agents and chatbots
- Define agent behaviors personas and guardrails
- Map out user journeys and interaction patterns
- Specify how agents should handle edge cases and errors
Intake & Triage
- Manage the intake process for new solution requests
- Triage requests based on complexity priority and dependencies
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing capabilities
- Coordinate defect routing with QA and engineering teams
Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with business users to understand their needs and constraints
- Facilitate requirements discussions and resolve ambiguities
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders
- Communicate status updates and manage expectations
Quality & Documentation
- Support QA by clarifying requirements and expected behaviors
- Develop test scenarios that reflect real user interactions
- Maintain documentation for solutions and business processes
- Contribute to data governance considerations (data quality access privacy)

- Intelligent Agents Conversational AI that helps hiring managers recruiters and internal teams get work done faster
- Agentic Workflows Automated processes where AI executes tasks with human oversight
- Foundation Capabilities Reusable AI services that power multiple solutions
Youll ensure these solutions are built to solve the right problemsclearly defined well-understood and accepted by the business.
Qualifications :
Required
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst Technical Analyst or similar role
- Proven ability to gather requirements and write clear specifications
- Experience working with technical teams in an agile environment
- Understanding of AI/ML conceptsyou can explain what an LLM does and when to use one
- Strong communication skillswritten and verbal in English
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience designing conversation flows or chatbot interactions
- Familiarity with low-code platforms (Power Platform Salesforce or similar)
- Background in staffing HR tech or workforce management
- Experience with requirements tools (Jira Azure DevOps or similar)
- Understanding of data flows and integration concepts
