Labourer

FLINT is seeking Labourers with sparkwatch and construction experience in oil and gas industry for a temporary role in Fort McMurray AB starting March 17 2026 until April 13 2026. In this position you will enjoy a 17 Days in / 7 Days out schedule (subject to change) 12-hour workdays camp arrangement flights provided and benefits after 300 hours worked.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years experience in oil and gas industry
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • OSSA Regional Orientatio or BSO
  • CSTS-2020
  • H2S Alive
  • Gas Testing
  • Confined Space - Monitor
  • Fire Watch/Spark Watch
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
