Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical EAMS Technician (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for road operations and maintenance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of road infrastructure assets.
- Operate and maintain the Enterprise Asset Management System for road infrastructure
- Collect analyze and input data related to road assets and maintenance activities
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making in road operations and maintenance
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies
- Perform quality checks on data entries and resolve discrepancies
- Support the integration of GIS data with the EAMS
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and procedures
- Provide technical support and training to system users as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in road maintenance
- Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of road maintenance and operations practices
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with asset management systems
- Understanding of road infrastructure and maintenance practices
- Knowledge of asset management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications in asset management or road maintenance (preferred)
- Willingness to work in Doha Qatar and adapt to local work culture
