Job Responsibilitiesfor the Surgical Dental AssistantInclude:

Support the patient after surgery with recovery care (administering meds changing of gauze discharging patient etc).

Requirementsof the Surgical Dental Assistant:

Experience with implants and in the surgical realm of dentistry is preferred but not required.
Able to stand on their feet for a 10 hour shift
Able to work in a surgical environment (blood teeth extraction bone reduction grafting etc)
Work well with other individuals
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
