Job Summary
- Interpreting and entering client samples into computer system; managing large projects;
- Maintaining client files; delivering rush samples;
- Serving as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality.
- Document receipt of stability samples and complete inventories.
- Appropriately handle documentation. Understand stability requirements protocols LIMS storage chamber conditions labeling of samples and storage positions.
- Review stability studies.
- Provide support for project managers and laboratory staff.
- Compose business appropriate communication (e.g. e-mail document) for client or internal use.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or college degree in related field.
At least two years laboratory experience with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail written communication skills problem solving ability
Additional Information :
Position is full-time 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage MI are encouraged to apply.
