Content moderation experience

Role Overview

The Quality Expert Reviewer will support the evaluation of several operational workflows ensuring accuracy policy alignment and highquality decisionmaking.

Core Responsibilities

Content Quality Review
Assessment of sensitive content categories including:
Violence or credible threats
Selfharm
Illegal activities
Hate speech and harassment
Fraud phishing and spam
Child safety concerns

Other categories defined by internal policies

Identity & Authenticity Review
Document verification
Access and authentication flow checks
Escalations & Specialized Reviews
Viral/meme content
Dangerous organizations
Cases requiring strong cultural and contextual understanding of LATAN Spanishspeaking markets
