Warranty Claims Officer

$36.30 p/hour Super
Warwick Farm Location
6 Month Temp Contract - Immediate start!

We are currently recruiting multiple Warranty Claims Officer roles to join a global organisation located in Warwick Farm for 6-Month temporary position. This role is available for an immediate start and you will be in a supportive and friendly team.

The Role

Receiving and processing claims from Dealers/ Service Agents/ Contractors.
Answering incoming phone calls regarding warranty and payment queries
Data entry of the claims
Following up outstanding claims.
Liaising with Dealers/ Service Agents/ Contractors to obtain missing details of claims

About You

Have extensive experience within similar roles
SAP or Salesforce experience highly desired
Have intermediate MS Office
Have clear and concise communication skills
Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
