Location: Huntington Beach CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday Full-time (No Weekends)
- Provide classroom coverage to support staff breaks and maintain ratios
- Assist across multiple age groups as needed
- Create a safe engaging and nurturing environment for children
- Support daily routines including meals transitions and activities
- Communicate positively with team members and families
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain clean organized and welcoming classroom environments
- Must meet California licensing requirements
- At minimum must hold twelve ECE units
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
- Flexible reliable and adaptable team member
- Strong attention to safety and classroom routines
- Positive attitude and willingness to support where needed
