RN / LVN Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Pasadena TX Area Day or Night Shift

Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring a RN /LVN for pediatric private duty nursing cases in Pasadena TX. This role offers consistent weekend hours supportive clinical oversight and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families.

This role is ideal for RN or LVNs looking forconsistent weekday or weekend hours meaningful patient relationships and hands-on pediatric care in a home setting.

What Youll Do

Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 020)
Gastrostomy tube (GB) experience
Monitor vital signs and deliver safe competent nursing care
Follow individualized plans of care
Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
Support and educate families
Complete documentation in EMR

Qualifications

Active RN or LVN license in Texas REQUIRED
Pediatric experience preferred
CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
Comfortable working independently in a home setting

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds
Assist with patient transfers and medical equipment
