Job Summary

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent required with related bank operations experience; formal education beyond high school is beneficial.

Skill(s): Moderate reading writing grammar and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate computer skills; working knowledge of accounting entries; working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures; well-organized with the ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge; ability to train and mentor back-up staff; visual and auditory skills.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience in related positions normally required. In addition to the preferred experience requirements specific experience related to ATM Debit Card operations and supply purchasing procedures is desirable.

General Responsibilities

Responsible for performing daily debit card service operational and control functions; coordinating work within the department as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; assisting Deposit Operations Supervisor with card services related information gathering or special projects.
