Join a Rapidly Growing Team

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our fast-growing team in the medical device manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in precision machining quality workmanship and contributing to life-changing medical products.

What Youll Do

• Set up operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes machining centers and/or grinders
• Machine complex tight-tolerance components for medical device applications
• Interpret blueprints GD&T and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Optimize processes to improve quality efficiency and cycle times
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of CNC machining experience (lathe mill and/or grinding)
• Experience machining tight-tolerance high-precision components
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Familiarity with inspection tools (micrometers calipers optical comparators CMM experience is a plus)
• Experience in medical aerospace or other regulated industries preferred
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and quality-driven
• Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding organization
