About the Role

Were looking for a Tech Apprentice to join our Innovation x Intelligence team where we design and build data-driven products that make a real-world this role youll work closely with our Data Engineering team while also supporting initiatives from Data Science and Product Development.

This is a hands-on apprenticeship for someone who enjoys taking initiative experimenting with new ideas and translating data and technology into practical solutions. Youll have space to learn contribute meaningfully and help shape software products from early concepts to production.

What Youll Be Doing

• Collaborating with data engineers on building improving and maintaining data pipelines and data products
• Supporting data science projects from exploratory analysis to model implementation
• Working closely with product managers designers and engineers during product discovery and development
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve data workflows tooling and product features
• Work on building new AI-powered applications such as agents and automation solutions
• Documenting work and sharing insights with the wider team

What Were Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a masters program (e.g. Data Science Computer Science AI Software Engineering or related fields)
• A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and proposing ideas
• Solid foundations in programming (Python SQL)
• Interest in data products applied AI and product development
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
• Background in healthcare behavioral social or life sciences combined with data or technical skills
• Experience with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT data modeling pipelines)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks LLMs or agent-based systems
• Experience working in an agile or product-driven environment
