Travel Consultant Danish Speaker (Lithuania-Based - Remote)
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team delivering high-quality service to travellers worldwide. This is a remote position available as full-time or part-time (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week). Please note that part-time hires must be available full-time during the training period.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with travel bookings itinerary changes cancellations and general inquiries
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat
- Provide clear accurate and empathetic support in all interactions
- Handle time-sensitive and complex travel situations in a structured manner
- Ensure high service quality while following defined processes and guidelines
Working Hours
- MondayFriday: 09:0020:00
- SaturdaySunday: 10:0019:00
- Operation runs 365 days per year
- Bank holidays are paid double
Compensation
- 2300 gross per month
- Up to 250 monthly performance bonus
Requirements
- Danish C1/C2 or native
- English B2 (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
