Were hiring a Mid-Level Social Media Ads Specialist to manage optimize and scale paid social campaigns that support student acquisition and long-term brand growth for our language school. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience running live campaigns and is ready to take ownership of performance across the full funnel.

What youll do

Plan launch and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta
Manage budgets efficiently and track performance metrics against campaign goals
Continuously test audiences creatives formats and messaging to improve results
Analyze key KPIs including CTR CPL ROAS and conversion rates
Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Prepare performance insights and recommend clear optimization actions

Practical hands-on experience with paid social advertising platforms
Strong analytical and optimization-focused mindset
Confidence managing campaigns end-to-end from setup to reporting
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid environment
