Job Description:
- Research and propose new products for registration manufacturing and commercialization in the hospital/tender channel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer needs and market insights; propose ideas for new product development and improvement of existing products; advise on sales policies for the pharmacy channel and technical initiatives to the Department Head.
- Conduct domestic and international market research; analyze products from global pharmaceutical companies local manufacturers and competitors; study hospital drug demand treatment trends and national/international treatment guidelines to propose new imported products for distribution in Vietnam.
- Identify and work with manufacturers of finished pharmaceuticals dietary supplements and medical devices; negotiate pricing volumes and cooperation terms; support contract signing product registration importation and commercialization activities.
- Develop and manage product-related content including scientific rationale product features (mechanism of action indications usage packaging labeling) and SWOT analysis; provide professional product information to internal sales teams.
- Monitor and update regulatory policies circulars and regulations in the pharmaceutical sector related to new product proposals and new technology platforms.
- Develop and implement annual quarterly and monthly work plans in line with assigned objectives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy; graduates from Hanoi University of Pharmacy are preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in new product development or a related position.
- Experience in market research and customer/market insight analysis.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
- Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze market trends competitors and define business directions for new products.
- Proficient English skills
- Attitude: Proactive enthusiastic and highly responsible at work.
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in the hospital channel business.
