Job Summary

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Solution Consulting & Pre-sales (40%)

  • Act as the lead technical/solution consultant for key enterprise (B2B) training projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and assess clients current technology capabilities (Competency Assessment).
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop proposals deliver presentations and defend training solutions to clients Leadership teams / IT departments.

B. Program Design & Solution Architecture (40%)

  • Design learning paths and detailed program frameworks aligned with clients digital transformation objectives and the latest technology trends.
  • Flexibly integrate multiple knowledge resources (vendor-standard programs industry-specific advanced programs hands-on practical skills etc.) to deliver comprehensive and highly effective solutions.
  • Work directly with a network of domestic and international experts to develop professional content and instructional scenarios tailored to different learner profiles.

C. Product Capability Research & Development (20%)

  • Continuously update global technology trends (Cloud Computing AI/ML Big Data Security Blockchain etc.) from leading technology vendors (Microsoft AWS Google IBM etc.).
  • Research local market demands to propose new training topics and programs ensuring Trainocate stays ahead of the market in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

2. REQUIREMENTS

A. Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following roles: BDM Technical Pre-sales IT Consultant or training/technology management positions in large enterprises.
  • Technology Expertise: Broad knowledge of the IT ecosystem (Infrastructure Cloud DevSecOps Data etc.). Solid understanding of strengths and certification systems of major global technology vendors.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of workforce needs and technology challenges in specific industries (Banking Finance Telecommunications Manufacturing etc.) is a significant advantage.

B. Skills

  • Consultative Mindset: Ability to listen analyze problems and deliver persuasive tailored solutions rather than simply presenting off-the-shelf products.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent professional communication and presentation skills; capable of working effectively with senior stakeholders (C-level / Directors).
  • English: Upper-intermediate or above.
