Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for premium consumer products
- Assist customers with orders returns repairs warranties and technical concerns
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems and CRM platforms
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases
- Meet KPIs related to service quality productivity and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2)
- Good level of English (B2) for internal communication
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international work environment
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
- Comfortable using computers and support tools (CRM systems ticketing platforms)
