Job Summary
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the companys online sales platforms. This role focuses on driving sales maintaining accurate product listings coordinating promotions and ensuring a seamless customer experienceall while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce Amazon)

Monitor website performance traffic and sales metrics

Coordinate online promotions discounts and marketing campaigns

Ensure accurate order processing inventory updates and customer support

Collaborate with marketing logistics and operations teams

Provide reports and insights to improve online sales and customer experience
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce online sales or digital marketing
