Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Brand Manager for one of our clients who is a leading Manufacturing and Distribution Company in the Middle East to lead brand strategy development and execution across our key markets. This role is ideal for a brand-obsessed professional who thrives in a dynamic regional organization and has a passion for elevating brand visibility driving market penetration and fostering lasting consumer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional brand strategies aligned with overall commercial and marketing goals.

  • Lead long-term brand planning positioning and messaging to strengthen brand equity across markets.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct consumer insights research and competitive landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Campaign & Activation Leadership

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital retail traditional) ensuring consistency and relevance across channels.

  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver creative and effective brand initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with commercial sales category and trade teams to ensure brand plans translate into measurable business outcomes.

  • Support regional launches events and promotions.

Regional Market Adaptation

  • Adapt global brand guidelines for local cultural and market contexts while maintaining brand integrity.

  • Ensure consistency of brand communication across GCC and MENA markets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (MBA is a plus)
5 years of progressive experience in brand management preferably in FMCG retail toys or consumer lifestyle categories
Strong analytical thinking and ability to transform insights into actions
Experience managing multi-market brand plans and cross-border campaigns
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with frequent regional travel across key markets
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
