Job Summary
Were seeking a passionate Therapeutic Specialist to support Children and Young People with complex this hands-on role youll deliver trauma-informed person-centred and culturally responsive therapeutic supports lead care teams and drive best practice across residential services. Working closely with stakeholders youll develop and implement care and intervention plans support placements and transitions and ensure compliance with legislation and standards. This is a non-clinical role with clinical supervision offering the chance to truly walk alongside young people on their therapeutic journey.
